Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes, 1 Carrot and 1 small onion (diced)

Method:

  • 1) Oven bake or deep fry Super Crispy Chicken, set aside
  • 2) Heat oil in frying pan
  • 3) Stir fry onion, carrot and potato till golden brown
